All shipping within the United States is free of charge.  Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.

For International purchases the shipping cost will vary per country.  Please contact us with your shipping address to arrange for a quote.

•  Delivery Time is approximately 5-10 business days for domestic shipments.
•  International shipments will be sent within 1 week, but delivery period will vary depending on your country’s customs process.
•  Tatsi Lash Fine Art is currently based in Southern California. All  artworks will be shipped from the United States.
•  Paintings will be ensured and professionally packaged.
•  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
•  Signature will be required at time of delivery.

• Please note that some international shipments will incur additional charges. The buyer will be responsible for any potential Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, etc levied by the receiving country’s Customs department. If applicable, these will be due at the time of delivery. Tatsi Lash Fine Art will not be held responsible for this.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery  for a full refund. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. For international returns the original shipping cost is not refundable.

For all returns the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The item must be shipped back using the same shipping method and service.

To receive a refund you will need to contact us prior to sending the return item – both for approval and for us to provide you with the proper return mailing address. 

Refund will be credited as soon as possible once the item is received back.

For a limited time all local sales tax withing the USA will be paid for by the seller.

* For international orders the buyer will be responsible for any potential customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. levied by the receiving countries customs department. Tatsi Lash Fine Art will not be held responsible for this.

Tatsi Lash Fine Art will retain all Copyrights & Reproduction Rights of sold original artworks, and prints.
